Kids will really enjoy sprinkling the cinnamon sugar mixture on the tortilla wedges! This is a healthy snack for kids, and they won’t even know they are getting their whole grains.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 whole wheat tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Slice the tortillas into six wedges each. Place the wedges on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tortillas with the non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle the tortillas with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for five minutes or until chips are crisp.
