Vitamin C Boosting Smoothie

Smoothies are great because you can switch out any of the ingredients with different flavors juices, yogurt, or other fruits! This smoothie is packed with vitamin C so if you are feeling under the weather it could help fight off a cold!


10 oz. Orange juice

4 oz. Peach yogurt, frozen

1 cup strawberries, frozen

1 cup peaches, frozen

½ cup pineapple chunks, frozen



Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
