Ingredients:
1 package reduced-fat crescent dough, seamless
8 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt
6 large strawberries, sliced
1 small can of mandarin oranges
1/3 cup grapes, sliced
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup blackberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet and roll out dough to make a rectangle. Trim away edges of the dough to form a rainbow, and press down corners so that they don’t rise during baking. Bake 8-12 minutes, until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool. While pizza bakes, prepare the fruit. Next, spread the yogurt over the top of the cooled crust, leaving a half-inch border around all sides. Arrange the fruit in “stripes” by color. Slice and serve immediately or refrigerate. Serves 8
