Peachy Crisp

Tips: You can bake this recipe in the oven as well on 325 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Ingredients:

6-8 medium peaches, sliced

1/3 cup margarine

1/3 cup flour

1 cup uncooked quick oats

½ cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:

Spray an 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray and arrange peaches on bottom.  Melt margarine in a small glass dish in microwave for 45 seconds.  Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl; add margarine and mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle mixture over peaches and microwave uncovered for 7 to 8 minutes. Serves 8
