Fresh, ripe peaches will create the best puree for the smoothie. However, if fruits are not in-season, frozen fruit will work great, too. Two handfuls of spinach will equal approximately two cups of spinach.
Ingredients:
4 peaches
1 banana
8 oz. strawberries (half a container) 2 handfuls of spinach
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) approx. 12 Ice cubes
Directions:
Puree the peaches first, which creates no need for added juice. Add remaining fruit and about 12 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
