½ cup quick cooking oats
1 cup water or milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon raisins/ dried fruit, chopped
Mix oats and water in a large bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds and stir. Stir in syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and fruit and microwave for another 60 seconds. Serve with a splash of milk or top with fresh fruit! Serves 1.
