Kale Chips

Spread kale into a single layer on a baking sheet for best results. Rotate the sheet halfway through cooking. Be sure to dry leaves entirely before drizzling them with oil. Kale is a super nutritious vegetable!  It is low in calories (50 cal in 2-3 cups raw) and very high in Vitamin C and Vitamin A.

Ingredients:

1 bunch kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions:

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and line the cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Tear kale into bite-size pieces. Wash and dry thoroughly.  Spread out on the sheet and drizzle kale with olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and bake until edges are brown but not burnt, 10-15 minutes.
