Healthy Roll-Up Snack  

Other favorite fruits, such as, blueberries, chopped grapes, or diced mango could be used.


2 whole wheat tortillas

3 ounces whipped strawberry cream cheese

3 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup peaches, sliced

1 banana, sliced

1 cup strawberries, diced


Spread cream cheese in a thin layer on each tortilla; arrange fruit over the top ? of the tortilla leaving the bottom ? with cream cheese only.  Roll tortilla toward the end with only cream cheese and chill for 10 minutes.  Slice each tortilla into 8 slices. Makes 16 roll-ups.
