Greek yogurt is high in protein and low in fat. You can store leftover yogurt dip in an airtight container for up to five days. Topping ideas include bananas, blueberries, strawberries, apples, or any other fruits, granola, or even chocolate chips!
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
1 tablespoon honey
Toppings of choice (see tips on reverse)
In a small bowl, stir yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth. Spread over rice cakes and add toppings!
