Ham Roll-Ups

No-Bake Ham Roll-ups: Substitute frozen asparagus spears, cooked as directed on the package or canned asparagus, heated if desired, for the fresh asparagus.  Assemble roll-ups as directed. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare as directed, using 1 pkg. (6oz.) Thin Sliced Smoked Turkey.


1 pkg (9 oz.) Deli Smoked Ham

5 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Cream Cheese

15 fresh asparagus spears (about 1 lb.), trimmed


Heat oven to 350? F.  Flatten ham slices; pat dry.  Stack in piles of 2 slices each; spread each stack with 1 teaspoon of reduced-fat cream cheese.   Place 1 asparagus spear on 1 long side of each ham stack; roll-up.  Place seam-sides down, in a 13X9-inch baking dish.  Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through.  Makes 15 servings.
