
Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers within 2 hours.
