Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, any flavor desired
½ cup strawberries, chopped
½ cup blueberries
½ cup cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats, Cheerios, Granola, etc.)
Dark chocolate chips (handful)
Alternate layers of yogurt, berries, and cereal – as desired. Sprinkle with dark chocolate chips on top.
- Non-fat Greek yogurt is a great low-fat source of protein and calcium!
- Add other favorite berries or fruits as desired.
- Have your ingredients ready-to-go, and this could be a very easy breakfast or snack!
