This smoothie is a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and fiber! Your children will have fun putting all the ingredients into the blender!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup water
1-cup green grapes
1/2-cup pineapple chunks
1/2 medium banana, peeled
2 cups fresh spinach, washed
1/2-cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed; secure the lid
- Blend until the desired consistency is reached

TIPS
- Freeze the grapes, pineapple cubes, and peeled banana chunks prior to making the smoothie. It will taste even better
