Fruit Pizza Roll-Up

Adding peanut butter with the cream cheese will give a protein and iron boost. These can be made aheadĀ  (rolled up tightly) and chilled. Serve with milk and fresh vegetables for an easy lunch.

Ingredients:

Whole wheat tortillas

Reduced fat cream cheese

Peanut butter

Assorted fruit, diced (bananas, peaches, blueberries)

Honey

Directions:

Mix equal parts cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and spread over a whole wheat tortilla.  Add fruit of choice on top and drizzle with honey. Roll up and enjoy!
