Festive Fruit Wrap


This recipe is full of healthy nutrition, as well as whole wheat tortillas, peanut butter, and lots of fruits. With peanut butter and chopped fruits, this recipe is best for children over two years of age.  Never give honey to an infant under one year of age If your family prefers different fruit combinations, try other fruits in this recipe.
 

Ingredients:

4 whole-wheat tortillas

4 tablespoon peanut butter

½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped

1 cup blueberries

1 nectarine, pitted, sliced

½ cup grapes, sliced

1 cup granola

Honey, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on each tortilla.  Add pineapple, blueberries, nectarine, grapes, and,  granola.  Drizzle with honey, if desired.

Roll up and cut in half. 

Serves 4
