Fast Pumpkin Biscuits

These taste best fresh from the oven. For a great honey drizzle, mix honey and pumpkin pie spice until nice and smooth.  Serve for breakfast or with a bowl of chili.



1 ½ cup Bisquick mix

½ cup canned pumpkin

1 Tablespoon granulated sugar

1 Tablespoon fat-free milk

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients until dough forms and beat quickly for 30 seconds. Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll dough in flour or baking mix, kneading 10 times.  Roll 1/2 inch thick dough and cut circles with a biscuit cutter dipped in flour to prevent dough from sticking.  Bake on an ungreased sheet for approximately 8 minutes or until golden brown.  Serves 12
