This healthy pumpkin smoothie is like a chilled pumpkin pie in a glass! This creamy smoothie is great for a filling breakfast, or as an energy boosting snack. Using a very ripe, frozen banana works best. Sweeten smoothie according to your preference.
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 ripe medium sized banana
3/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Make sure the ice is completely crushed. Serves 2.
