Recipe Tips
Change it up by using ground turkey instead of ground beef. To make allergy-friendly, swap out the ingredients to fit your family’s needs. For example, use gluten-free pasta to make a gluten-free and wheat-free dish.
Tips for Families Introducing Solids:
Pasta is a great way for babies and toddlers to learn to self-feed. Use larger pasta shapes like penne or rotini that your baby can easily grasp with their whole hand. Help older babies develop their pincer grasp (using their thumb and pointer finger) by offering pasta shells or cut-up spaghetti.
