Leave out nuts if serving to young children because of the choking risk. To make allergen-friendly, swap out the ingredients to fit your family’s needs. For example, leave out nuts to make nut-free. For an egg-free option, replace each egg with 3 tablespoons of liquid from canned garbanzo beans a total of 6 tablespoons.
