Chocolate Peanut-Butter Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

Perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth, but limit yourself to only 1 or 2!

To make thicker cookies, add ½ to 1 cup more oatmeal to the recipe.  This recipe makes a lot of cookies.  It can easily be cut in half.

Splenda® can be substituted for some of the sugar in this recipe.



2 cups sugar

4 tablespoon cocoa

1 stick butter

½ cup milk

1 cup peanut butter

1 tablespoon vanilla

3 cups oatmeal

Waxed paper


In a small pan, add sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk and bring to a boil.  Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.  Drop approximately 1 teaspoon of mixture at a time on to wax paper and allow cookies to cool and harden completely.
