Ingredients
1 chicken breast, diced
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1½ cup mixed vegetables, frozen
3 teaspoons lite Soy Sauce
Directions
- Heat 1-teaspoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chicken until slightly pink on the inside, about 2 minutes per side
- Add vegetables to skillet. Cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and vegetables are tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add rice, cook and stir until heated through. Add soy sauce and stir.
