
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup canola oil
2/3 cup honey
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 banana, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups multigrain cheerios
1 cup add-ins (raisins, chocolate chips, nuts)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix oil, peanut butter, and honey. Microwave for 20-30 seconds. Whisk together, add egg, mashed banana pulp, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture until combined. Stir in Cheerios and choice of add-ins. Drop 1/3 cup-sized scoops onto a lined cookie sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10-11 minutes. Allow cooling for three minutes before transferring to the cooling rack.
