Ingredients:
Salsa:
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup kiwi, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped and seeded
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Chips:
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 whole wheat tortilla
Directions:
For the salsa mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. For chips, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Spray tortillas with non-stick cooking spray. Cut into wedges and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Cool and serve with salsa. Makes 6 servings.
