For a different taste, other in-season fruits could be used, such as pineapple, red and green grapes, kiwi, mango, and peaches.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 cups fresh blackberries
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups strawberries
2 large bananas
1 cup marshmallow crème
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Cut strawberries and bananas into ½ inch pieces. In a small mixing bowl, beat marshmallow cream and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in vanilla. In a large bowl, gently mix all fruits, being careful not to crush them. Gently fold the marshmallow cream/cream cheese mixture into the mixed fruit.
